All ARBTRATO acts follow the rules set out in Laws nº 9,307/96 and nº 13,129/15, as well as the regulations dictated by the National Council of Mediation and Arbitration Institutions (CONIMA) and the National Council of Justice (CNJ).ARBTRATO already has arbitrators and mediators located throughout the country.
