Connecting parties to arbitrators and mediators throughout Brazil.Therefore, ARBTRATO, the first online arbitration and mediation company in the south of the country, seeks to expand access to justice through alternative means of conflict resolution, with the use of efficient, confidential, agile and secure tools, with the purpose greater application of justice and encouraging consensus between the parties.Thus, ARBTRATO was created with the aim of providing society with a quick resolution of their disputes, using digital media for this purpose.
All ARBTRATO acts follow the rules set out in Laws nº 9,307/96 and nº 13,129/15, as well as the regulations dictated by the National Council of Mediation and Arbitration Institutions (CONIMA) and the National Council of Justice (CNJ).ARBTRATO already has arbitrators and mediators located throughout the country.
